1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 778ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 778ph website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any 778ph services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Your continued use of 778ph services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications thereto.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use 778ph services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as required by Philippine law governing online gaming activities.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion or have been previously banned from 778ph or any affiliated gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must act in your own name and for your own benefit, and not on behalf of any third party.

778ph reserves the right to verify your age, identity, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on 778ph, you must register for an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 778ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 778ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use occurs before you have notified us of the security breach.

3.3 Account Restrictions

Each player may hold only one active account with 778ph. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. If 778ph determines that you have opened multiple accounts or allowed others to use your account, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and void any winnings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

778ph accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through authorized payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other designated Philippine financial institutions. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, and maximum deposit limits apply based on your account verification level and payment method. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your 778ph account dashboard using the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 1-24 hours; bank transfers within 1-3 business days. 778ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 require enhanced verification procedures.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing withdrawal requests, 778ph may require you to provide proof of identity (government-issued ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions. All documents must be clear, legible, and valid.

5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered by 778ph are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games may contribute 10-20%; certain games may be excluded entirely. Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds, typically PHP 100 per bet. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active may void the bonus and any related winnings. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from issuance.

778ph reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using automated software or bots, or engaging in any form of advantage play specifically designed to abuse promotional offers.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

When using 778ph services, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following rules:

• You will engage in gameplay solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for professional or commercial gain.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• You will not employ any external software, bots, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain unfair advantage.
• You will not collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating, including bonus abuse or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• You will not engage in offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other players or 778ph staff members.
• You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical interference or exploitation.
• You will not use VPNs or other tools to mask your location or circumvent geographical restrictions.

Violation of gameplay rules may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 778ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 778ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 778ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform except as necessary for personal use. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in legal action and termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 778ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of 778ph services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, and other torts.

778ph is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party payment processor failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and are not liable for any disruptions to service.

9. Responsible Gaming

778ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help immediately. Resources are available through Philippine responsible gaming organizations and international support networks. You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from 778ph at any time by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and we will not send you promotional materials.

778ph reserves the right to close or suspend accounts if we suspect problem gambling behavior or if we receive information from third parties indicating that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 778ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

778ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we believe your account activities pose a risk to the Company or other users. Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to confiscate any remaining balance in your account to the extent permitted by law.

If your account has been inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months, 778ph may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 100 or close the account after providing notice to your registered email address.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding 778ph services, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to addressing all legitimate complaints promptly and fairly. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to our disputes department.

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 778ph services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes.

For certain disputes, arbitration may be required or available as an alternative to court proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12. Modifications to Terms

778ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we may also provide notice via email to your registered email address.

Your continued use of 778ph services following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 778ph regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of 778ph to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by 778ph of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

These Terms and any rights or licenses granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you without the prior written consent of 778ph, but may be freely assigned by 778ph without restriction or notice. Any attempted transfer or assignment by you in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
